Got the device for Christmas and it will not update and therefore cannot be used. Tried all the tips and advice available - any other ideas to help please?? Thank you!

Hi @Pippamc, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the firmware update issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. In case the issue persists, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
