i’ve had my hr for over a year and never had any problems like this. yesterday morning it was fine but while walking around the mall with my friend i noticed it kept switching between each screen and i was unable to stop or interfere with the process. it did this so much and for so long that it died. when i recharged it, i made sure to reset it but the issue persisted and is still occurring after resetting/ changing the clock face twice. please help!
