I have recently purchased Inspire HR in US and after returning to India, I have started the device. It started alright and then went blank. After that, I kept it for charging and installed fitbit app on my android mobile (RedMi 6 Pro). When I am trying to pair the device with the app, the 4 digit ode is not being displayed even after charging the device. It only vibrates when switching on the device. Can anybody please help me, how to resolve this?

Hi @Katyayani The Inspire may be faulty but before we decide it is please try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article ob set up issues.
