I'm using an inspire HR, it stopped receiving messages a couple days ago. It still receives calls, and silent alarms still work. I did all the recommended steps in the help menu, and restarted my phone, deleted the app/reinstalled and unpaired/ reconnected the watch from my phone. It keeps saying I need to restart the phone to enable notifications again, but I've done that repeatedly with no changes.
What can I do next besides return the watch, because this is making me not enjoy this company at all. It's one of the main reasons I purchased the watch.

If you are having problems with this feature, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and make sure you have followed the steps provided there.
