Inspire HR not registering sleep for hours after I start sleeping?

So I’ve had my Inspire HR for about a month now and most of the time the results have been good... (does overcount steps a lot while I’m at work, but I am picking stuff up and moving things around constantly throughout the day, also when I’m in the car) and I was really enjoying the sleep tracking feature... BUT the last 5/6 days it hasn’t registered my sleep until around 2 hours after I actually went to sleep. Last night for example I know for a fact I was asleep by 11, but it shows I went to sleep at 02.27 which is 3.5 hours after I went to sleep!! Also for last night there’s no percentage data for REM sleep but that’s probably the app playing up.  I’ve restarted it 3 times, made sure the app is up to date, closed and restarted the app, wearing it on the right place on my wrist, checked the mode and it is still on normal, and it’s ok my non dominant hand. On the first day it didn’t register properly I’d worn an Apple Watch that day to test it out so I thought maybe because it didn’t have heart readings throughout the day, that’s what effected it. But now I’ve worn the Fitbit every day since. Any suggestions would be great!?

Hey @RobbieC nice to see you on board, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.

Thanks for posting the steps that you've tried with your Inspire HR. We really appreciate your feedback and all the details that you've shared with us about how it was working before and what happened recently. You did an excellent job troubleshooting your Fitbit.

Some users have reported better sleep tracking when using the option "on clip" instead of "on wrist", you can find the instructions on how to do so in the manual page 12 and 18. But if that doesn't help, we might have to check with our support team. If that's the case I can request a case on your behalf.
