Inspire HR not setting up

Hello!

I just received my Inspire HR. I've followed all the steps to setup the Inspire HR, however, it won't connect to the phone.

After agreeing to the terms & conditions, I charged my Inspire HR and the screen on the tracker is turned on, however, at this point the app says "No Bluetooth connection". 

Alternatively, I've tried to pair it directly to the phone under the phone's bluetooth settings without success. It shows up under the "visible divices" list, however, it keeps "pairing" until it times out.

Please help!

The issue has been resolved. I had to force stop the app, and then all of a sudden it worked and connected to my Inspire HR.

Same here. This device is worthless if I can't connect it to my S10e. Just keeps saying it can't Bluetooth to my phone. Doesn't even look like it's making an attempt. I've tried turning everything off and on multiple times, uninstalling and reinstalling the fitbit app to no avail. Did I just throw $70 down the drain?
