Inspire HR not syncing hourly activity correctly

So my Inspire HR has been amazing, but today’s and yesterday’s hourly activity is not syncing correctly. According to my Inspire, I’ve had 9/9 hours both days, but on my Fitbit app, yesterday’s total was 7/9 and today’s was 8/9. 

 

I’ve reset my Inspire, turned off Bluetooth, turned my phone off, and turned location off. Please help.

I am also experiencing this issue. Is there a software update coming to fix this?

I, too, am having this issue. When I login on the Fitbit website it says I haven't synced since May 31. When I try to sync to my phone, the little bar only goes to half way and then quits. I've restarted everything and followed the troubleshooting tips on the help site. No luck.

 

This is my second Inspire device--the first one completely quit on me--and now this issue.

 

I feel Fitbit should take this device off the market with all the problems people are having with it.

Thanks for sharing that information with us, we really appreciate your feedback. Your Fitbit Inspire is relatively new, it should be able to connect with your phone. Have you tried the suggested steps here? What model of phone are you using? Are you also using a computer to connect with your Fitbit?

Just got my Inspire HR.  Loving it but I too am  having this issue. Very annoying!
