Since I was given my fitbit in October 2019, it has been syncing with my phone only intermittently and sometimes fails to sync for days. I have tried all day sync, manual sync, resetting, unpairing and repairing, turning off and on again and even reinstalled my whole phone. I emailed fitbit to report this and they just said it was a known issue with Android and they'd be releasing a fix. I received an update the other day which took over 30 mins. Didn't help. I am annoyed because there seems to be no point of wearing the fitbit if I can't track or analyse anything!
