Inspire HR not tracking exercise correctly

Yesterday I walked with my husband  for over 1 hour. His watch,  a Versa, showed 65 minutes of exercise. Mine, an Inspire HR only showed 15 minutes.  This happens when I swim, and any time I do anything. It doesn't track it correctly.

Help!!

Hello @Debsquared, welcome to the community forums!

Please note that Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Inspire 2, Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Sense, and Fitbit Versa series track Active Zone Minutes. All other devices track active minutes. So, in this case your Inspire HR tracks active minutes. It is possible that here is when you notice the difference between your husband's device and yours.

For more information, I recommend visiting the following link: What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?. You will be able to see how Active Zone minutes and Active minutes are calculated.

On a side note, I've moved your post to the correct board to keep our forums organized.
