Inspire HR notifications

I wanted to know if anyone else who has an inspire HR is having difficulty consistently receiving notifications,  I have an iphone and have been having issues since purchasing this fitbit.  I have been told over and over again that it's between the fitbit app and the OS.   Have you experienced this issue?  If so, have you been told this is the reason?  Are their other fitbit products that are not having this issue?

I am also experiencing problems! It used to be that I just rebooted my phone one a day and the notifications would work but since I updated to ios13 the other day, I've had nothing but problems with notifications AND regular syncing often fails as well. 

 

I have checked to ensure that under bluetooth the "share system notifications" is on but throughout the day multiple times a day my fitbit stops pairing with my iphone.  The only way I have been able to solve this is to "Forget this device" under bluetooth settings AND to "remove this inspire HR" under the fitbit app and then re-add it to app but doing this multiple times a day and having to reset up my alarms/notifications if very frustrating!
