Inspire HR "cannot install" selected clockface

Hi all! 

My Inspire HR firmware was recently updated and show new clock faces to select, but when I select one, it says "This clock cannot be installed on your device".

I'm wondering why a clock face would be available, if it cannot be installed? Is there anything I can do to change this?

I'm glad to hear that you got your Inspire HR updated. I would like you to restart it and then try installing the new clock face. 

The new clock faces available for Inspire, Inspire HR and Ace 2 are: 

- Sheep 

- Owl 

- Cat 

- Ant 

- Raccoon

I thought it was updated because of the new features I could see, but it
actually wasn't! 🤦🏼‍:female_sign:

After updating, I had to restart once and sync a few times (this is often a
problem...), but I've finally got my cute new owl clock face!

I absolutely love the sheep face clock.i have seen it's eyes moving but I'm not sure what triggered that.

You have a great question, I was wondering the same thing. I've tested mine and I noticed that the cat face only moves his eyes when I have been using the workouts from the exercise app, and I go back to the clock face. Or when I have been checking the settings or any other option on my Inspire HR and I return to the clock face.  What have you noticed in yours?
