I just got my inspire HR yesterday for Christmas. The touch screen doesn't work at all. It's fully charged, I've done the reset multiple times, and all I can do is turn it on from the side button. The screen then just shows the Fitbit logo and www.fitbit.com/setup scrolls horizontally across the screen. I have not been able to scroll or tap to see any other type of display. I have it all set up in the app already. I feel like I have received a broken watch. It's been driving me crazy trying to get it to work. Please help. Thanks

If your parents have a Fitbit you might wanna ask them. I'm so so so sorry that your Fitbit is unresponsive... Mine is aswell... If I figure it out I´ll tell you what the problem is. Good luck. If you find out please tell me. 😓

I called the customer service number and I simply re-did the whole set up and sync process and now it works.
