Does the Inspire HR have an adjustable screen sensitivity feature? I have turned off the “raise to wake” feature but still the screen sensitivity at night keeps waking me.

Hi @FaithandFight No, the only option is to turnnoff auto screen wake which you have done. Ifnit bothers you at night (mine doesnt interrupt my sleep) the only thing I can suggest is wearing something like a sweat band over the device to block the light.

Thank you for the response. I will research the Fitbit product line and consider another purchase for my wife. I will manage the night time disruptions and give her soothing rest. Thanks again. F&F

I have this problem too and it’s driving me nuts! Not only does any movement in the night switch it on but also it appears even light pressure from the bedclothes sets it off and the light is so bright it shines through my duvet and lights up the bedroom! And this is with screen wake off. I’ve been in touch with the tech team but they have been pretty useless and only keep suggesting things I’ve already done. They have never admitted that this is a common problem with the device. I’ve only had my tracker for 10 days but I’m afraid it will be going back, which is a shame as in all other respects it is good.
