Inspire HR screen won’t scroll

I did the update this weekend and as of this morning my screen no longer scrolls.

 

it still counts steps,HR and all that good stuff but I cannot access other screens.

 

i have tried the rest multiple times and yes the smiley face showed up but no change.

 

How can we correct this?

I am sorry to hear that the screen on your Inspire HR won't scroll. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help.
