Inspire HR screen won't scroll

Hi,

Early 2020 Inspire HR, version 20001.88.11 per FitBit App.

Unable to scroll up, down or swipe across. Tapping does change the info under the time (using Simple Stats view).

Clock works, Steps register, Charges and Syncs to App.

I've:

-Connected to Charger

-Reset - smiley face comes on after restarting

-Removed from Bluetooth and App

-Paired to App and Bluetooth

-Changed Clock Face from Simple stats to another type and then back. 

Anything else to try?

Hi there, @ssxt. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire HR before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

HI, Thanks for the reply. I forgot to add that I've changed the Clock Face, too.

And I've Restarted twice.

Thanks for any additional help.
