Is the screen/face on the Inspire supposed to respond when you tap on an icon?? Mine doesn't...will only allow my to swipe up & down.

Some yes, some no.  It depends on which one you are talking about.  For instance, the Exercise icon is tappable, calories is not.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
