My new Inspire HR is overcounting my steps by a big margin. I am wearing it on my non dominant wrist and have changed my setting to dominant wrist to try to minimise overcounting but it is still happening. I know it is wrong as my regular walk steps counted on my previous Fitbit device and verified within a few steps using my husband’s app are far exceeded. It is overcounting by at leat 50%. An example of a regular walk counting about 3000 steps is registering at least 5000! Help!
