Inspire HR showing the wrong time

My Inspire HR is showing the wrong time and I don’t know why. I have synced it several times and has synced properly but my phone says it’s for example 12:40 but on the Fitbit app and my Insire HR are both showing me it’s 12:42. I don’t know why it is doing this but I have cleared the data several times and then added it back onto the app and it even resulted me into deleting the Fitbit app and then having to re install it. It has just suddenly started going two or three minutes out of the actual time. And I have checked I am in the right time zone and location but it just won’t sync to the actual time. Can anyone help?
