Hi Fitbit community,
One week ago, my one year old Inspire HR, suddenly shut down after it was fully recharged.
It restarts when it is plugged to a computer.
The moment I unplug it, turns off again.
I have tried to restart it when it is plugged but it did not work. I have done firmware update but did not improve.
Any support, please?
