The step count is ridiculously high compared to the actual amount of steps I’ve been doing. My iPhone says I’ve been doing around 7000 while the fit bit is saying 15000. Can anyone give any suggestions on fixing this issue or the fit bit will be getting sent back.

I have the same problem. I was behind my computer most of the day without much activity and reached 15000 steps at the end of the day. I'm disappointed in this Fitbit and expected a more accurate step count.

I can’t find a solution so I will just be sending it back and getting a refund, it isn’t want I expected.
