Hello all! My boyfriend and I both have the Inspire HR and noticed when we are pushing our son in his stroller while walking, or even a grocery cart, it’s not counting our steps. Has anyone else ran into this or have any advice other than doing it one handed like we’ve resulted to doing? Lol

Hello there @JenShady, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for letting me know that your Inspire HR trackers are not counting your steps when using a stroller or grocery cart. I'll be glad to help you both. 😉

If you're doing something like pushing a stroller or shopping cart, your wrist-based tracker will count your steps but the total may be slightly lower than usual. This is because Fitbit wrist trackers are designed to count most of your steps based on the movement of your arms. So it'd be a good idea to put them in your pocket to get more credit for that activity.

You can find more information at: How accurate are Fitbit devices?

I hope that helps you, let me know if you need further assistance.
