My Inspire HR stopped syncing yesterday around noon. I didn't notice until today, when I went to check my sleep data. I got it to sync - please don't advise, I did all of the troubleshooting - but there was no heart rate data for the last 24 hours, including no sleep data. Support chat and phone just straight up lied and said the data is wiped every 24 hours. I know that isn't true; my second home has no wifi connection, and when I reconnect and sync my fitbit, all the data is there for days at a time. I do this regularly.
For right now, it seems to be syncing again, but something went wrong and it wasn't on my end. I wanted to make a post in case others were having similar syncing problems.

Hi, thank you for sharing that you experienced this inconvenience with your Inspire HR device, @lizvocal.
Unfortunately if the data did disappear, it wouldn't be possible to get it back, but it's definitely not something that should happen, but you can manually log an activity with the number of calories burned so they'll be reflected on your stats.
Since you already tried all the troubleshooting steps recommended in the Community forums, if you continue to experience the same inconvenience, I do recommend that you continue the communication with the Customer Support team so they can let you know how to proceed.
