Inspire HR stopped working

Hello,

My Inspire HR device stopped working! For a while, the screen had stopped swiping, I could only see the main screen but could not use the timer, etc. Now the screen has completely gone black. I have tried charging, restarting but no avail. What should I do?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @ao8.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and recommend confirming the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?

Hope this helps!

I have the same problem, wish you could actually give an answer. On mine the battery is charged and the app is up to date. I see the clock but can't swipe to see steps or exercise etc
