Hi I have an inspire HR, two days ago it went off, and now the screen is now black, nothing, doesn't indicate if charging or not, it wont connect to my phone, my phone cant find it
its as dead as a dodo bird.....
tried to contact the retailer who referred me onto fitbit. tried to chart with them through the webchat - unavaliable not impressed with being unable to contact custom er service TBH.
Anyone else had same problems? thanks

So strange that is exactly what happened to me yesterday out of no where. Screen just went black (was not dead). I was able to charge it after and restart but it now is just frozen on the time.

This has been happening to me the past week. Lasted about 2.5-3 years. I tried to charge it, even though it should have a full charge, and sometimes it comes back to life but just for barely a day before going back to that dead state

Since restarting your Fitbit Tracker didn’t fix the issue have you all tried changing the clock face on your Inspire HR?
😉 I’ve seen that help others so I’m hoping it helps here as well. Please let me know

Same thing happened to me. It used to last for days but now the full charge only holds for an hour or two. No warning at all. Just woke up one morning last week and it had died. It’s useless. Planned obsolescence perhaps?

Yes I tried restarting the Fitbit and clock face. It stopped responding to charging so pretty sure the device is dead when this happens

I have the same age range abs it just stopped syncing. All of the directions to fix don't work...
