Inspire HR will not respond

Worked good for six months.Then it started with charging problems,would not sync and now nothing.All it does now is sometimes shows the fitbit logo and a bunch of random numbers below.It will vibrate sometimes,but nogreen lights or signal.Ihave tried the trouble shooting advice to no avail.Very disappointed.Any advice would help.

I have already tried your suggestions and did so again.there is still no response from the device.Maybe you have another solution.
