Inspire HR will not scroll

My inspire HR watch will not scroll. I have forced turn it off 3x to not avail. I did not get it wet (though you can), but I put it in rice just in case. 

From the watch screen it will recognize  me touching it and goes through quick menu, but it does not scroll up or down.

mine starting doing this too I changed the clock face and that worked. I have the kitty face now. 🙂
