Inspire HR won't charge

I purchased this new on January 16th of this year and it seems the charger has died as I am getting no voltage when I checked across the pins. And I have cleaned them and the pins on the device.Are these chargers under warranty?

Hi @TMcmellon Yes, the charger should be covered by the warranty.  You need to contact Support.
