Inspire HR won’t keep data

My Inspire HR will randomly reset to 12:00 and erase all date from that day  I’ve tried to reset, turn off, back on etc. it’s ok for a couple days then resets again. How can I fix this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Unfortunately, I didn't quite understand your post because Fitbit devices are designed to reset at midnight all your stats, can you please confirm if this is what you mean? Is your device restarting your stats at midnight or deleting the information from the Fitbit app after you sync your device? More information will be appreciated.
