For the past few months on and off my fitbit won't swipe. I tried everything and nothing works. How do I fix this?

I had the same problem. I did the reset multiple times without success. I did think it was ominous that there were no responses I could find to the problem still occurring even after a reset - the only responses were "Fitbit will be following up with you via email (so...privately) with a solution". The solution? It can't be fixed! I got my Inspire HR in December 2019 so it's out of warranty. Hopefully yours is within warranty so you can get it replaced at no charge. Mine wasn't. After chatting with the company, they said they would get back to me by end of day with their (lame) response. Fitbit only offered a 35% discount towards a new purchase.

I will have to look at when I purchased mine. I have not heard anything from them. We will see what happens.
