My Inspire HR is only 6 months old. It's had sporadic issues syncing with my phone from day one, but I've always been able to get it going again by either restarting the phone, reinstalling the software, resetting the device or unpairing and repairing to my phone. This time none of the usual tricks are working (and yes I've tried disconnecting other Bluetooth devices, checking app permissions etc.).
Not only that, but once I'd unpaired my device it now will not pair again. I get to the stage where I enter the 4 digit code but then the phone just sits there saying it is connecting but not hi g actually happens. I've tried again and again, but I've now been unable to use my fitbit for a week and it's very frustrating. It's really putting me off buying another fitbit in future.
I also tried syncing it with my laptop, but every time I tried to download the Windows fitbit app I just got an error message!

Ive been having so many issues very similar 😞 since the new update its glitching out, battery lasts a few hours, wont sync to phone nor computer, have the wrong date and time even though its set my local. as well as all the issues you are having, its useless to me now.

@Stig08 I am sorry that you are going through the same situation, I understand how you are feeling. Time and date on your tracker should be corrected when you sync it. I recommend following the troubleshooting instructions in this help article in order to set up your tracker and sync it: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? To maximize your Fitbit device's battery life, see the tips in Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Hi, that's not quite accurate. The team did walk me through the trouble shooting process but the suggestions didn't work and as neither my phone or my husband's phone are on the list of "compatible approved devices" I won't be receiving any compensation or a replacement despite only having had my Fitbit for 6 months. If fitbit products are only usable with a handful of phones this should be made explicit before purchase. I can't afford to waste £75 on a useless item. I certainly will not be buying another fitbit, next time I'll opt for a Garmin instead.

I have done all of this and attempted many times, when I try to sync and enter the code it says there is an issue syncing.
