Inspire HR won't sync - tried everything

Hello, 

My Inspire HR won't sync. I've tried everything including switching the phone and bluetooth on and off. When I did force stop the app it did sync once but then again stopped. When I installed the app on another phone that also did allow the sync once but then again stopped. Same with trying to set up the Inspire HR again on the app. Works once then stops. I've been using it for 3 months without a problem. This problem has just started. Is there anything else I can try?

I had exact same issue yesterday.  This morning it’s synchros however now the only excercise I can choose is run or Pilates.  Of the 6 choices 1 is run the rest Pilates

Hey - same here. I’ve been having issues for months. Only reconnects when I re load app, delete Fitbit off the app and then restart the iPhone!

I can't even get it to reconnect to the phone's Bluetooth. Tried everything on the web as an alternative. I think this model just is crummy.

I didn’t have issues till recently. The exercise issue today is annoying me.

Thanks that is what I did also. Sp annoying though as this happens every 3
or so days.

Mine is a week old and this is disappointing to hear. I spent about an hour after work trying to get it to sync with my phone without success. I’d like something that works without that much hassle, so mine will be going back.
