I have several other devices connected on my iPhone so I know my phone is discoverable and I have no other Fitbit.
I have followed all the advice on the app and it will not connect with my phone. The devices are both fully charged and the Fitbit is connected by its cable to the charger. I have turned Bluetooth off and on, turned the phone off and on, deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still nada, can anyone help please?

Hi
I have a couple of questions about swimming. Firstly my inspire HR did not log my swim of 28 minutes yesterday when it next synced. I have the swim set at auto recognise at 10 minutes. I added it manually, but I am frustrated as I cannot alter the length of the pool I am swimming in (our own), it also does not register the correct number of lengths. Is it possible to correct the pool length and is there some way to improve the accuracy of the number of lengths. I swim front crawl and do not put my feet down on the turns. I am also surprised at the small number of calories used for a 30 minute swim that for a 72 year old is not slow.
