Inspire HR won't sync

My inspire HR won’t sync!!! This happened yesterday and last week!! It’s really frustrating as I’ve only had it for about 3 weeks and was hoping it would be more reliable than my old Fitbit!! I’ve logged out and in, removed it from blue tooth and now it doesn’t even find it!! Help!!!

Hi @Kimmyb19 may I ask what type of phone you have?

Also I notice you say you bought a tracker 3 weeks ago that hasn't been made in 3 years.
