Inspire HR won't sync

Stopped syncing two days ago! I clicked SYNC NOW several times which I have done in the past (seems to be an ongoing issue!!!) but it comes back with the red circle with an exclamation point inside. It never syncs on my PC and I have to try and sync it manually on my tablet which usually works. Not now.

Hi there, @SoteriaGal. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire HR. 

 

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

 

If your phone does meet the requirements, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

 

On a side note, please know if you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

 

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Well, it's an Inspire HR and I've had it for several years now with no issues. Every so often it just won't sync. Like now. Last sync was 9.10. I have been able to see the sleep chart (which is my main reason for buying this one) on my PC, my laptop and my tablets. Now none of them will sync.

My Inspire HR stopped syncing about the same time yours did  in pretty much the same way - have you found any solution?

I have had my Inspire HR for several years also and it has also often had syncing issues though if I ask it to sync several times it generally will eventually do so.  It also stopped syncing on 9/10 and I haven't been able to get it to do so.  I only sync it with my PC, having it sync with the PC dashboard which syncs with another program.  The only part that will sync is the heart rate, the steps and sleep will not.  The PC dashboard is syncing with the diet and nutrition program that it is linked with but not with the Inspire HR so neither program is able to access the steps or sleep information.

 

Can you help?

I am also having the same issue where the last sync was 09.10.22. I've tried everything to resync it but nothing seems to work.

Interesting all the problems began at 9.10?? Well, now I have to manually go online only with my tablet and hit the sync button. That worked for a while and now it won't sync again AT ALL. I've rebooted the watch too. Still no sync. I rebooted it this morning and now it's got the wrong TIME on it!! No clue how to change the time but I bet if I could sync it, it would have the right time!? I'm frustrated and thinking maybe my watch is on it's last leg and it's time to buy another one. Got this one in August of 2020. Is it already shot? 😕
