Inspire HR won't turn on or charge

Ciao all, 

I went to the beach last sunday after a few hours I noticed that my fitbit screen was all black. However, it kept on vibrating as I received messages and calls.
I got suspicious and so I went on the app to find out that the app could not sync to my fitbit. 

I followed the procedure to forget the fitbit and find it again but it did not work. Although the fitbit vibrated as I was trying to pair it with my phone nothing showed up its display. 

I try to charge it and again nothing happened. To be honest, it feels hot when I touch it. Now, it just seems dead. The fitbit was given me as a present last year in June - so it is one year old now..

Would you please help me?
