I bought a Fitbit Inspire HR - charged device and signed into Google account but I can’t get the device software to update. It just says Update failed. All troubleshooting tells me to scroll on device to settings but the screen doesn’t scroll, just shows Logo and www.Fitbit/settings. Nothing happens.

Please make sure to follow the steps listed here below:
Sync the device in the Fitbit app.
Check for available Firmware updates.
Charge the Fitbit device:
