Inspire HR wont complete setup

Bought an Inspire HR today and I can't complete the set up. I have gotten it so "successfully" pair twice but it says my device isn't charged despite the device saying its at 95-100%. So I unpaired it in the app and 90% of the time it says theres no Bluetooth. I tried turning Bluetooth on and off on my phone, resetting the device, and uninstalling the app multiple times to no avail. Tried to download the app on my computer but it wouldn't install and it seems the device wont connect to my phone. I'm about to return this device since its useless without set up and wont track anything. Thanks.

I am having the same issue. Just got mine today as well and it does not want to sync to my phone or allow me to set it up online. It says that Fitbit.com is down for maintenance. Tried all the troubleshooting tips and nothing worked. I hope it will work tomorrow. If not, I think I will call because I have 2 other devices coming in the mail. I am hopeful this is not something that will happen often especially for the price we paid for the devices!

So annoying, I just bought the HR and says the app is down! Not a great start, if it’s not fixed soon, I’ll return it and buy a Garmin

Kind of frustrating but I tried again today and it paired just fine. It must have been something to do with the app and not the device which is a relief. I hope everyone else got theirs going today too!
