HR won't sync on phone or PC

Pc says software is not bonding

Just to add to the info provided by our friend Odyssey13, please make sure that you have the current version of the Fitbit app installed. We just released a new update a few days ago. 

Also make sure, that your mobile device is not in silence (don't disturb) mode
