Inspire HR

Hi all, I  have a Fitbit HR and although it seems to be recording exercises/workouts.  I do have a few concerns.  First, the battery is supposed to last 5 days, I have to charge it every 2/3 days.  The Fitbit doesn't record sleep very well, according to it there are some nights I don't sleep at all or only for 1 or 2 hours though my iphone always registers more hours.  I also find that the touchscreen doesn't work very well, I frequently have to use the button to access the screen or tap it very hard, plus when I turn my wrist the Inspire display does not light up.  Also according to the inspire in the last 2 minutes  whilst typing this the inspire says I have taken 765 steps!  Also some of the tiles on my fitbit are missing.  If anyone can help I'd be very grateful

Hi @SunsetRunner

Battery - the battery is suppose to last UP to 5 days, so 3 days is pretty reasonable, depending on what you have turned on. Battery eaters are notifications is you get a lot of them, and all day sync. Frequently checking it also used a lot of battery. Mine lasts about 3 days.

Sleep - try restarting your Inspire several times and see if that improves its sleep recognition

Restart your tracker

Display - check that you have auto screen wake turned on on the Inspire HR. A long press on the button will take you to the correct place. The tap shouldnt have to be hard, but needs to be in the right place. On the Inspire that seems to be right in the centre of the screen.

Excess steps Hopefully the restarts will help this too

Missing Tiles Do you mean tiles in the app are missing, or are you missing things on the actual tracker. What exactly is missing?
