My battery completely died while I was away from and without my charger.  When I try to restart my Fitbit, it will do nothing. I don't know if it charged or not.  It makes buzz noises, and every so often when holding the button, a smiley face shows up, but it doesn't stay on.  What is going on with my Fitbit?

Thanks so much!  Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

Hey NellyG!

I couldn't get my Fitbit to reboot, so I called the company for help. They

Yes, I did receive my new Fitbit.  I just can't figure out how to reset, or how to switch the band.  Life shouldn't be soo complicated!!  Any suggestions NellyG?

I can help with the reset, @kserfess.  Plug it into the computer as if you were going to charge it.  Next, you should see a button on the side of the device.  Hold this down for about 10 seconds (I think), and when you see the smiley face appear, the restart was successful.
