I bought the new inspire HR for my wife for her birthday on April 22, 2019. It has worked fine until now. It want cut on, it will show a smiley face but that's it. Just has a black screen. Have tried cleaning it with. Cotton and alcohol like the the book suggests but still nothing. Will fit it replace the unit?

As long as you purchased it from an Authorized dealer they should
