The heart rate settings are not showing since 4/1 It looks like that setting is asleep but cannot change it i have restarted the device but it made no differenc3

I don't know what you mean by heart rate settings.  I know it shows heart rate, but do not understand setting it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
