How to change the time on Inspire HR? Using a  Mobile devise ( I Phone 5S)

@norminreddeer When you sync your Inspire to the Fitbit app, the time will adjust to match the time in your phone/tablet.  If you are experiencing issues from time zone changes, you can find some fixes here.
