Inspire Not syncing with iPhone

I have just purchased the Fitbit Inspire from Argos and cannot get it to sync with my iPhone/set it up. There are no instructions in the box, I have followed everything on the app for the iPhone, I have the latest software for iPhone, my wifi is connected, my bluetooth etc. Is there any other explanation why it isn't syncing? It's frustrating considering I literally just bought it.

Hi @Beth_N  What iPhone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
