So here's my issue:

I have to wear my Inspire for an online gym class this summer so that the prof can see/track my activity and exercise.  This week we are going out of town to a place with no cell service or wifi.  My device has to be synced by Saturday night at midnight, Saturday during the day I will be in a town that gets cell service.  So here's the question part:

 

Will my device sync to my account on Saturday with just cell service? And...

Will it update/sync my previous days activities even though I didn't have service at that specific time?

Your fitbit will sync as long as your phone can connect to your fitbit by bluetooth and connect to the internet - this can be by cell service / mobile date or by wifi. So, that should not be a problem.

 

Fitbit can hold between 5 and 7 days of data between syncs and will track quite happily even if you can't sync when out of range. When you get back in service and sync it will update your dashboard with all the data since the last sync.
