Inspire Tracker touch screen not working

The touch screen on my tracker is stuck on showing the time. It's not responding to either swiping or touch and hold.

Same problem has come with me. Please reply how to fix it ?

I figured out how to fix the problem myself. Restart your tracker by plugging it in as if to charge it. Then press and hold down the button on the side for 5 seconds.  You'll see a smiley face appear on the screen. That means the re-start was successful. This fixed the problem for me. Good luck!
