Hi there.
I recently purchased a fitbit inspire and have had it for less than a week. Every day my notifications stop working and say they require a restart on my device to work. I restart, and it doesn't fix it, so I end up having to uninstall and reinstall the fitbit app, (every. Single. Day) which makes it a fairly pointless feature to have.
I have checked all the settings, everything is correct and still it does this.
A family member, who has the versa 2 also has the same issue.
We both have huawei p30 lites, however this was an issue with my family member on her previous android as well.
Would be great if we could have a permanent solution

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
