On the tracker face, the plastic is broken hence the bands keeps falling off.
The band does not grip properly and therefore it falls off.
The plastic on the tracker face where the band
clips on, on the top left of the face is broken due to the inferior quality of the plastic.
The fitbit is still under a year old so it has to be covered under warranty.

I’m having the same issue. I’m sad because I love my Fitbit and I don’t want to replace those whole thing if only a tiny part is broken.
