To charge Inspire:
1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified
USB wall charger.
2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the
tracker until it attaches magnetically. Make sure the pins on the charging cable
align with the port on the back of your tracker.

Hi @gnine, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. The steps that shared my friend @Odyssey13 are the correct in order to have your Fitbit Inspire charged properly.

In case your Fitbit device is still unable to charge, I'd like to share the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if it gets charged completely.

Let @Odyssey13 and me know how it goes.
