Does anyone now what causes this problem?  I have had to reset every other day so far.

Thanks

Hi, @GeraldineP25 , sync issues are very common and can be caused for many reasons; these days we have so many Bluetooth devices in the home and car that I think sometimes the sgnals can interfere with each other.

The sync issues often resolve themselves spontaneously, without the user doing anything, but a reset can speed this up, as you have discovered.

Hi

Many thanks for your reply and I have noticed that it does sometimes reset
itself but was worried about losing data. Your reply is much more helpful
that the ones I get from Fitbit themselves which always involves
reset/re-installation.

Thanks again

Hi, @GeraldineP25 , as long as you sync approx once a week you won’t lose any data at all, so don’t worry about that.  It will store detailed info for 7 days, and your daily totals for 30 days.

Hi Julia

If I had had this info weeks ago it would have saved me lots of time
getting in touch with FitBit who dont seem to know as much about their
product as yourself.

Thanks again.
